Josefin has worked with managerial recruitment within HR since 2015. She has a background as team manager at K2 Search, as well as project manager for the HR award; Human Growth Award. Since joining K2 Search, she has concluded over 40 HR recruitments. Josefin has a bachelor in work and organizational psychology with a focus on leadership, from Lund University.

Søren has worked together with HR organizations and leaders for more than 25 years, both from a Career Transition and business perspective. Søren is the Country Manager for K2 Search in Denmark and has been a key driver for the services we offer in the Øresund Region – including responsibility for our Danish HR Executive Network – the last 5 years.
